Our role was to unify three former competitors from both sides of the Atlantic under one coherent brand architecture. We brought in the right design partners to help. We defined motivating strategies, developed clear guidelines and provided focussed stewardship across centralised and localised teams, all helping to ensure the business traded without disruption.
